Lead time
Our target lead time for all UK mainland deliveries is five working days upon
receipt of furniture.
Experts in handling furniture
All your furniture is handled with the utmost care. We place the furniture in a
room of your customer’s choice, unwrap and present it, before finally removing
all rubbish. We also provide a service to remove and dispose of your customer's
existing furniture if required.
Drivers and porters
We have highly experienced and professional delivery staff. All drivers and
porters wear company uniforms, carry identification badges, a full set of tools,
digital cameras and packing materials.

Exchange and returns service
We provide exchange and returns services to link into your existing customer
services department.
Your complaints process and returns procedure can be fully integrated into our

Storage and warehousing
